First TLC Logo Bear issued to Geoff Hennell

Geoff Hennell recently suffered a major stroke and as a result has lost the use of his left side and suffered some speech loss. Geoff has been a great supporter of the TLC whilst serving as Worshipful Master of Carnarvon Lodge and since, raising significant sums for the charity. Geoff is a much respected mason and I am sure all who know him wish him a speedy and full recovery.

Children who are involved in fires, road traffic collisions and other incidents attended by Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service are to benefit from a little TLC thanks to the generosity of TLC Nottinghamshire – a charity which supplies teddy bears and soft toys to youngsters in distress.

This was but one of the memorable moments of a Scottish Initiation demonstration performed by The Trades House of Glasgow Lodge No 1241, on 15 April at a meeting of the Radcliffe Lodge at Welbeck Road, Nottingham.

dvdThe Children's Emergency Department (Queen's Medical Centre) recently took possession of two portable DVD players donated by TLC Nottinghamshire.

The two Bush 8 inch portable DVD players will be used to keep young patients occupied, particularly when they have long periods of inactivity.
